Meet the Team

  • Stuart White-MSc (Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology)

Leading this transformative retreat is Stuart White, a seasoned facilitator with extensive experience in guiding personal and professional growth. Stuart has dedicated his career to helping individuals and groups unlock their potential and achieve meaningful change. With a background in psychology and years of experience working in diverse environments, Stuart brings a unique blend of empathy, insight, and practical wisdom to his facilitation. Stuart’s facilitation style is warm, engaging and interactive, ensuring that participants feel supported and inspired throughout the retreat, as they rediscover their path to happiness and fulfillment. As the Dalai Lama wisely said, “The purpose of our lives is to be happy.”  In the hustle and bustle of daily life, we often forget this simple truth and need gentle reminders to reconnect with what truly matters.
