Stuart has dedicated his career to helping individuals and groups unlock their potential and achieve meaningful change. With a background in psychology and years of experience working in diverse environments, Stuart brings a unique blend of empathy, insight, and practical wisdom to his facilitation

Stuart’s approach is grounded in the belief that life is short, suffering is optional, and everyone deserves to be happy. As the Dalai Lama wisely said, “The purpose of our lives is to be happy.”

Debbie is an experienced retreat leader, yoga instructor, and facilitator who has spent over a decade guiding transformative experiences across the globe. With a rich background in running retreats and facilitating workshops and safaris in diverse locations such as Botswana, Nepal, Zambia, Mozambique, and Indonesia, Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of personal growth. Debbie has a special interest in healing trauma and is passionate about helping individuals navigate their personal journeys using a variety of tools, including breathing techniques, mindfulness, compassionate inquiry, and more

Chantal was born and raised in Botswana, with the untamed beauty of the bush never far from her doorstep. Her deep connection to the natural world has shaped her life and career, making her an invaluable member of our team. Currently, Chantal is pursuing studies in Psychology, where she is particularly passionate about exploring alternative approaches to managing anxiety and depression. She is also learning to use breathwork to process emotions and enhance overall health and wellbeing. As someone who is always eager to learn, Chantal brings a fresh perspective and a compassionate approach to her work. She oversees the client relationship aspects of our programs, ensuring that every guest’s needs are met with the highest standard of care and attention
